“The summer sun was not meant for boys like me. Boys like me belonged to the rain.”

Summary

Aristotle is an angry teen with a brother in prison. Dante is a know-it-all who has an unusual way of looking at the world. When the two meet at the swimming pool, they seem to have nothing in common. But as the loners start spending time together, they discover that they share a special friendship—the kind that changes lives and lasts a lifetime. And it is through this friendship that Ari and Dante will learn the most important truths about themselves and the kind of people they want to be.

What I think of it

I fell in love, then I cried and I fell in love all over again and cried some more. This book is beautifully written, the characters are very interesting you will adore them and when you’ll be asleep you’ll wake up in the middle of the night having the urge to read the book and you will read it at 3am in the morning because it’s the most beautiful book ever written. I didn’t want this book to end, I really didn’t wanted it to end and I have to admit that I cried when I finished the book. Are you feeling sad? read this book. Feeling happy? Read this book. Angry? Read. This. Book. I will absolutely reread this book several times in my life and I am so so happy that there’s another book about Ari and Dante coming up, I can’t wait!
